The Ageless Grace Program
Ageless Grace®️ is a brain health fitness program including 21 Tools for strengthening and improving cognitive and physical abilities. Almost everyone can do it! An Ageless Grace class is done seated in a chair with music. There are no steps or routines to learn.
The Ageless Grace Essentials class is the perfect introductory and ongoing class. It’s the essentials!
The Ageless Grace Parkinson’s Edition class is structured in a seven part sequence targeting specific challenges or symptoms of Parkinson’s. CarePeople and friends and family are invited!
The Ageless Grace Mindful Edition class moves through the seven chakras or energy centers. It’s a moving meditation.
It’s never too early or too late to build brain health fitness into your daily life.

Lisa George
BRIGHTLETICS FOUNDER, AGELESS GRACE® EDUCATOR
Lisa George, Brightletics Founder, is a certified Ageless Grace® educator with a specialty in Parkinson’s. She brings together her many years in the field of Dance and Movement and an MFA in Dance from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with her work in Wellness and caregiving in the Senior community. Her Ageless Grace Essentials and Parkinson’s Edition classes are currently offered through the Grand Traverse Bay YMCA and the Grand Traverse County Senior Center Network. Lisa is committed to helping people live on the bright side with grace in thinking and in moving.

This sure-to-be FUN event, a social gathering for those living with memory loss along with their family, friends, neighbors and care people, is hosted by ShareCare Leelanau! Refreshments and snacks, conversation, entertainment and activities are offered in a casual setting. Dress to move.

How do I register for a class?
For most classes, advanced registration is not required. View the weekly class schedule for specific registration requirements.
How much do classes cost?
Most classes are very affordable ($5) or even free or free with membership to The YMCA. All class costs are available in the weekly class schedule.
How can I pay for classes?
Payment for classes is accepted on-site before the class begins. You can pay with cash or check to the hosting organization.
What should I wear to class?
Wear anything that you feel comfortable moving in. Layers are a good idea if you get warm during class.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes! Contact Lisa to discuss private class and workshop options.
What ages and abilities are these classes right for?
All of the classes offered through Brightletics are designed to accommodate all ages and abilities. All movements are performed in a chair. It’s never too early or too late to build brain health fitness into your daily routine!
